Power dial a calling list
Call the people in a list one after another. TopReach dials the next person after you save each outcome.

Works on
- Web
Power dialing calls one person at a time from a calling list, with a short pause between calls. It suits callbacks, follow-ups and calls where every conversation matters. On a phone, see Power dial from your phone.
Start a session
- In the left sidebar, open Phone → Power Dial to see your Calling lists.
- Open a list and click Start dialing.
- Under How do you want to dial?, choose Power dial.
- TopReach dials the first person. Talk, then pick the outcome in the Call outcome tab, with notes and a callback time if you need one.
- Click Save & Next to save and dial the next person.
During the session
- The Script tab, next to Call outcome, shows the list's call script with the person's details filled in.
- Pause stops new calls until you click Resume.
- Skipping a call in progress asks Skip Current Call?. Hang Up & Next ends it and dials the next person.
- Switch to parallel dialing carries on with the same list, several people at a time, once the current call is finished.
- To stop, end the session. If an outcome is still open, choose Save and End Session.
Pacing and outcome rules
An admin sets these for everyone under Phone → Settings → Calling (the Settings tab at the top of any Phone page), in Call Behavior:
- Pause between calls: how long the dialer waits before the next number (1–180 seconds).
- Require a disposition before the next call: reps must save an outcome before the dialer moves on.
- Auto-advance to the next contact: dial the next person as soon as the outcome is saved. With it off, you press Dial next for each call.
A static list can set its own pause and outcome rules when you create it.
