Calling hours and time zones
Smart lists only call people inside their legal calling hours, in their own time zone. Admins can narrow those hours further.

- Web
Smart lists call each person only inside their legal calling hours in their own time zone, and never on statutory holidays: in Canada, 9:00 am to 9:30 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends; in the US, 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
Narrow the hours for the workspace
Admins set these under Phone → Settings → Calling, in Calling hours. They can only narrow the legal window, never widen it.
- Quiet hours: no smart-list calls between two times, in the lead's time.
- Business days and hours: smart lists call only on the days you pick, between two times in the lead's time. When it's off, smart lists call whenever the legal hours allow, weekends included.
Hours for one list
In a smart list's Calling step, This list's calling hours narrows the window for that list only.
What isn't held to calling hours
Static lists and calls a rep places by hand aren't held to calling hours. TopReach shows each person's local time when you call them, so check it before you dial.
People with an unknown time zone
If TopReach can't tell someone's local time (for example a toll-free or invalid number), a smart list never dials them automatically. They wait in Call yourself beside your session: call them by hand, or click Set time zone to put them back in the list.
