No CRM integration to maintain
TopReach is the CRM: contacts, companies, a deals pipeline with value by stage, custom fields, tags and tasks. Calls and texts save to the contact's timeline without a sync in between.
JustCall alternative
JustCall is a cloud phone system for sales and support teams that connects to 100+ CRMs. TopReach is the CRM, with a power dialer, parallel dialer and two-way texting built in. If your team mostly calls out, that's one tool instead of two. If your team mostly answers calls, or needs IVR menus and call routing, JustCall is the better fit.

Why outbound teams look at TopReach
TopReach is the CRM: contacts, companies, a deals pipeline with value by stage, custom fields, tags and tasks. Calls and texts save to the contact's timeline without a sync in between.
Parallel mode calls several numbers at once and connects the rep to whoever picks up. It comes with the same $99 phone licence as power mode, not a separate plan.
Power mode calls one number after another, so whoever answers reaches a rep. Use it for warm leads and customers, where a dropped call costs more than a slower hour.
Saved call lists, plus dynamic lists that fill themselves from rules you set, so each call block starts with the right people.
When a call isn't answered, TopReach can drop a voicemail, then send a text or an email on the days you choose, and it tracks every touch.
Conversations and outcomes per rep, leaderboards, and live monitoring: listen in, whisper to the rep or barge in to join the call.
Follow-up
A voicemail, then a text or an email on the days you choose, all tracked on the contact so nobody gets the same message twice.

How it works
Export contacts from your current CRM or phone system as a spreadsheet and import it. TopReach finds the phone number in whichever column it's in and can merge duplicates.
Buy local numbers in the area codes you call, at $10 a month each, and turn on local presence so each lead sees the one from their area. Pick power mode for warm lists and parallel mode for large cold ones.
Work the list in call blocks. Outcomes save to the contact, missed calls get a voicemail and a text or email, and deals move along the pipeline.
Guide
JustCall and TopReach both put calling and texting in front of sales reps, but they start from opposite ends. JustCall is a phone and messaging platform that plugs into a CRM. TopReach is a CRM with the dialer and texting inside it. This guide covers what JustCall offers, how its dialers work, how TopReach's parallel mode differs from a predictive dialer, and how to decide.
JustCall is a cloud phone system and AI communication platform for sales and support teams. Its homepage pitches one platform for every call, text and follow-up, and its plans cover both inbound and outbound work.
On the inbound side, IVR and call menus start on the Team plan, and the Pro plan adds intelligent call routing and queue callback. On the messaging side, JustCall offers SMS, MMS and a shared WhatsApp inbox, with bulk SMS campaigns from Pro. The Pro Plus plan adds AI features such as call scoring, real-time agent assist and sentiment analysis, and JustCall sells an AI voice agent as an add-on. Its Business plan adds single sign-on and enterprise compliance such as HIPAA and GDPR, with a 10-licence minimum.
JustCall doesn't replace your CRM; it connects to it. Its integrations page lists 100+ CRMs and business tools, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Close, Freshsales and Follow Up Boss.
JustCall's Sales Dialer has three campaign types, and they sit on different plans. Its help center describes them this way:
A parallel dialer works for a single rep, while a predictive dialer paces calls across a group of agents. Both dial more than one number at a time, and both can connect someone when nobody is free to talk.
In TopReach, parallel mode calls several numbers at once and connects the rep to whoever picks up. When two people answer, one gets dropped. That's acceptable on a big cold list where most calls go unanswered, and the wrong choice for warm leads, customers or high-value contacts. Power mode, which calls one number after another, is the safer default for those.
Any dialer that can connect a call with no rep free creates abandoned calls. In the US, the Telemarketing Sales Rule limits abandoned calls to 3% of answered calls per calling campaign, measured over 30 days. JustCall's own predictive dialer page talks about throttling as abandonment nears that ceiling. Whichever tool you use, watch the rate.
TopReach doesn't have a predictive dialer. If you run a floor of agents working one shared high-volume list, JustCall's SalesPro is built for that. If you're a small team where each rep works their own list, TopReach's power and parallel modes cover it on the standard licence.
JustCall is the better choice when inbound calls are a big part of the job or when you want to keep your current CRM. TopReach has no IVR menus, no call routing and no inbound queues.
TopReach fits better when a small team spends its day calling out and following up, and wants the list, the calls and the pipeline in one place.
Because TopReach is the CRM, there's no integration to set up or watch. A call outcome, a text reply and a deal update land on the same contact record. Saved lists and dynamic lists that fill from rules decide who gets called, and automatic follow-up decides what happens when nobody answers: a voicemail, then a text or an email on the days you choose.
Managers get what they need to coach a small floor: they can listen in, whisper to the rep or barge in on a live call, review recordings under the workspace's recording setting, and compare conversations and outcomes per rep on leaderboards. Team roles for owners, managers and reps keep each person's view focused.
Pricing is published in full, including parallel dialing. Teammates who don't call, such as an account manager or an owner who only checks the pipeline, need a seat but no phone licence. TopReach is based in Canada and serves teams in Canada and the US, so it suits teams calling on one or both sides of that border.
JustCall costs less per user for the phone system, and TopReach includes the CRM and parallel dialing at a published price.
JustCall is listed at $29 per user a month for Team, $49 for Pro and $89 for Pro Plus, billed annually, or $39, $69 and $109 billed monthly, with a 2-licence minimum, on their pricing page (checked November 2026). The Power Dialer starts on Pro. Business and SalesPro, which includes the predictive and dynamic dialers, are quote-based. JustCall offers a 14-day free trial.
TopReach is $55 a seat a month, or $49 billed yearly. Each caller adds a $99-a-month phone licence with 3,000 minutes and both dialer modes. Numbers are $10 a month each.
Take three callers and one manager who doesn't call. On TopReach with monthly billing: four seats at $55, three licences at $99 and three numbers at $10, for $547 a month, CRM included. Three JustCall Pro users are listed at $147 a month billed annually, or $207 billed monthly, before your CRM, numbers and add-ons. If you'd keep paying for a CRM anyway, JustCall Pro costs less. If you'd be paying for a CRM only to sit behind the phone system, add that in before you compare.
The same rules apply whichever dialer you choose. This is general information, not legal advice.
