The same number every time
Once a lead has seen a local number from you, follow-up calls, voicemails and texts come from that same number while it's in your pool.
Local presence
Add numbers in the markets you call, and TopReach shows each lead the one from their own area code, on every call. Toronto sees 416, Calgary sees 403, Austin sees 512. People are more likely to answer a number from home.

What Owen sees
How it works
No lists to sort by area code and no numbers to swap by hand. Set it up once and keep calling.
Buy numbers in the area codes you call, at $10 a month each. TopReach lists every province and state you call, shows which ones have no local number yet, and buys one in a click.
One switch on the Phone numbers page. Choose which numbers go into the pool your whole team shares; numbers you buy while it's on join it automatically.
Power dial, parallel dial or click to call. Before each call, TopReach picks the local number for that lead.
On every call
Before it dials, TopReach looks at who you're calling and picks the caller ID in this order.
Built for a team
Once a lead has seen a local number from you, follow-up calls, voicemails and texts come from that same number while it's in your pool.
When a lead calls a local number back, it rings the person on your team who last called them.
Reps share the pool, so nobody needs numbers of their own. One number can be on several calls at once.
When you have several numbers in an area, TopReach uses the one with the fewest calls that day, and tells you when an area is busy enough to add another.
A number you buy while local presence is on goes straight into the pool. Take any number out on the Phone numbers page.
Power dialing, every line of a parallel dial, click to call and redials all use local presence.
Area codes across every Canadian province and territory and every US state. Leads outside North America see your usual number.
See each province and state you call, how often people pick up there, and which local numbers cover it.
A map of your calls by province and state, with pickup rate and talk time for each area code, so you can see where to add numbers.
Price
Some dialers sell local presence as a paid add-on. In TopReach it comes with the phone licence, and you pay only for the numbers you choose.

Honest caller ID
Every number a lead sees is a number your team owns, and calling it back reaches your team. TopReach never shows a made-up number. Read the local presence guide for the caller ID rules and how many numbers to start with.
Questions
Local presence means the person you call sees a number from their own area. With it on, TopReach picks the caller ID for each call from your team's numbers: if you have a 416 number, a lead in Toronto sees it; if you have a 403 number, a lead in Calgary sees that one.
No. It's included with the $99-a-month phone licence. You pay only for the numbers, at $10 a month each. Covering Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montréal with one number each costs $40 a month.
For each lead it uses, in order: the number that lead was last called from, if it's still in your pool and local to them; a number with their area code; a number from their province or state; and otherwise your usual number. With several matches, it picks the one with the fewest calls in the last 24 hours. A lead first called from an out-of-area number gets a local one as soon as you add one for their area.
Yes. The voicemail and follow-up texts after a call go out from the number that made the call, as long as it can send texts, so the lead sees one local number for calls and texts.
It rings the rep who called that lead most recently, in the last 30 days, so they reach the person they spoke to. If that rep is no longer on the team, it rings the number's owner or a workspace admin.
Start with one number in each area you call most. One number can be on several calls at once. The coverage view shows how many calls each area gets a day and suggests another number when an area gets busy, so no single number carries all the calls. It's a suggestion: you decide.
Yes. Every line of a parallel dial gets its own local number, and power dialing, click to call and redials use local presence too.
TopReach only shows numbers your team owns, and each one rings back to your team. It never shows a made-up number. Caller ID rules such as the US Truth in Caller ID Act bar misleading caller ID used to defraud or cause harm; you're still responsible for following the calling rules that apply to you.
Canada and the United States: area codes in every province, territory and state. Leads with numbers outside North America see your usual number.

Add numbers where you call, turn on local presence, and your leads see a number from home.
