November 2026

  1. One opt-out covers every number

    • When someone replies STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, OPT OUT or another opt-out word to any of your numbers, every number in your workspace stops texting them, including scheduled texts and automated follow-ups.
    • Every thread with them shows Opted out, and they can opt back in when they text START back.
  2. Notes on every deal

    • Write notes right on a deal's page, and each note is filed under the deal's contact too, so the whole story stays in one place.
    • In the phone app, a deal opens with its contact at the top and its notes below.
  3. Smaller improvements in November

    • Lists, call logs, filters and the calendar show people by name, and tabs show how many items each one holds.
    • The dialer asks for your microphone before the first call, keeps the notes and outcome you typed when a call ends, and lets you pick the number you call from in the quick-dial window.
    • The Do Not Call list shows who each number belongs to, the workspace switcher shows your company logo, and sign-up accepts email addresses with a plus sign.
  4. TopReach on iPhone and Android

    • Power dial or parallel dial your calling lists from your phone, with the call script and the lead's details on the call screen.
    • Tap the outcome, set the callback and you're on to the next lead.
    • Calls run through the app over Wi-Fi or mobile data from your business numbers, so your personal number stays private.
  5. Business calls ring on your phone

    • Calls to your business numbers ring on your phone like any other call.
    • Answer and the call is logged on the caller's contact, so you know who they are next time.
  6. Every text, on your phone

    • One inbox for every business number, newest first, with each conversation tagged with its line.
    • Send photos, react with emoji and open links with a preview.
    • Get notified about new texts, missed calls, voicemails and tasks, and choose which kinds reach your phone.
  7. Today, contacts and deals in your pocket

    • Today lines up your callbacks, tasks, missed calls, unread texts and the deals closing this week.
    • Contacts show their calls and notes, and Recents plays back call recordings and voicemails.
    • Move a deal to its next stage, mark it won or lost, and update its value and close date in a tap.
  8. Face ID, fingerprint unlock and dark mode

    • Unlock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint.
    • Light and dark mode follow your phone, or pick the one you like in Settings.
    • What you last opened stays readable without a signal, and notes and checked-off tasks sync when you're back online.
  9. One inbox for all your numbers

    • Messages opens on every number you text from at once, so a reply never hides under another line.
    • Number pickers show each number's name, where it's from and whose it is, and you can name a number right where you see it.
  10. Local presence

    • Turn it on and each lead sees one of your numbers with their area code, or one from their province or state, and the same number on every follow-up.
    • Every call shows the number the lead sees, and a callback to a shared number rings the rep who last called.
    • Calls by region shows where your calls went and how many reached a person, over any date range.
  11. Call scripts

    • Give each calling list its own script, or use a workspace default, and it shows beside the outcome form on every call.
    • Scripts fill in the contact's name and company, your name and the number you're calling from.
    • Write them in a formatted editor, and restore any earlier version from the history.
  12. Turn AI transcription on or off

    • Live transcripts and AI call summaries are on by default for every workspace.
    • An admin can turn them off in Phone → Settings → Calling, which hides every transcript and AI section.
  13. Faster wrap-up after each call

    • Change a saved call outcome later from Recent activity, and see what each outcome does before you pick it.
    • Set callbacks with a proper date and time picker.
    • Cancel the countdown to the next call when you need a moment.
  14. Texting, rebuilt as a chat

    • Messages is a full chat now: conversations on the left, the thread in the middle and the contact's details on the right.
    • Send photos, react with emoji, see when a text is delivered, and schedule a text for later on the contact's clock.
    • Save an unknown number as a new contact, or add it to an existing one, without leaving the conversation.
  15. Reports

    • Pick a report, such as calls, conversations and outcomes, deals, activity by rep, texts, tasks or meetings booked, then a period and filters.
    • Preview it on the page, then download every row as a CSV or print it.
  16. Performance trackers with goals

    • Track calls, conversations, deals won, revenue, tasks, meetings, talk time or texts over the period you choose, for everyone, a team or just you.
    • Set a goal for each person and see who's on pace, with a leaderboard on every tracker.
    • Numbers are counted live from your records, and each one opens the report behind it.
  17. One dashboard to start your day

    • The dashboard opens with your contacts, open pipeline, won deals, tasks, calls per day, call outcomes and recent activity.
    • Add, remove, move or resize cards, and click any number to see the records behind it.
    • Choose the page TopReach opens on in Settings.
  18. Contact lists and saved filters

    • Ready-made lists such as Never called, Called never reached and Has an open deal sit beside your saved filters.
    • Build a filter from any field, save it, share it with your team and turn it into a smart calling list.
    • Choose which columns you see for people and companies, and in what order.
  19. Deal filters and won or lost reasons

    • One filter panel with quick presets like My open deals, Closing this month and Overdue, and every filter in use shown as a chip.
    • Moving a deal to won or lost asks for the date, final value and reason, and the deal page shows them.
  20. A calendar with everything on your plate

    • See tasks, events, meetings, callbacks and deals closing in one calendar, for you or your team, by month, week, day or agenda.
    • Notifications come with the right button, like Open deal, Mark done or Reply, and you can snooze a task reminder.
    • Turn on desktop notifications to hear about new work while TopReach is in the background.
  21. Know who's calling back

    • When an unknown number calls, TopReach suggests who it might be from the people that line called just before.
    • One click adds the number to their contact, and every later call from it shows their name.
  22. Imports find the number to call

    • Importing a spreadsheet asks which column holds the number to call and says which phone field the dialer uses.
    • Every imported contact gets a number to call, whichever phone columns your file used.
  23. Sign in with Google

    • Create your TopReach account or sign in with Google.
    • Already have an account? Connect Google to it in Settings and sign in with one click.
  24. Monthly or yearly billing

    • Choose monthly or yearly billing when you sign up, with a lower price per seat on yearly plans.
    • Pick your seats, phone licenses and numbers during sign-up and see the total before you start.
  25. See the cost before you change your plan

    • Adding seats, phone licenses or numbers shows what it costs before it happens.
    • Minute packs say plainly that they expire when your monthly minutes reset, and auto top-up asks you to confirm before it turns on.
    • If a payment fails, a banner says so on every page, and a new default card is used to retry it.
  26. A new look for TopReach

    • Every page has the new TopReach design, with frosted glass in light mode and a deep Midnight theme in dark mode.
    • Switch to dark mode and every page and dialog follows.
  27. One-click outcomes and more control in parallel

    • Save a call outcome in one click, right inside the parallel dialer.
    • Use the keypad on parallel calls, and switch a parallel session back to power dialing whenever you like.
    • An Interested outcome or a booked meeting ends that person's follow-ups in every list.
  28. Automatic voicemails in AI voices

    • In parallel dialing, when a machine answers, TopReach frees the rep and leaves your voicemail after the beep, spoken in the voice you picked for that number.
    • Each voicemail fills in the person's first name, the rep's name and your callback number, and “Say it like” sets how a name is pronounced.
    • Nobody gets a second automatic voicemail too soon after the first.
  29. Follow-up texts, emails and voicemails on your lists

    • Add texts, emails and voicemails to any calling list, sent on the days you choose after someone doesn't answer.
    • A reply, a conversation or an outcome like Not interested stops the rest.
    • Every touch shows on the person's timeline, and a report shows what went out for each rep.
  30. Parallel lines keep ringing until it's a person

    • After the first answer, the other lines keep ringing for a few seconds until TopReach knows a person picked up.
    • A voicemail greeting no longer costs you the other calls, and you can set how long they keep ringing.

October 2026

  1. Parallel dialing, rebuilt

    • The first person to answer is connected to you at once, and the other lines are canceled.
    • TopReach shows “Sounds like voicemail” as soon as it hears a greeting, so you can decide fast.
    • Leads whose lines were still ringing when someone else answered are called again later, so nobody gets skipped.
  2. Smart lists that follow up for you

    • Build a smart list from a template, such as new contacts, people you didn't reach or deals in a stage, or from a saved contacts view.
    • Each list calls due callbacks first, then follow-ups, then new people, and tries the people you didn't reach again on a schedule.
    • A Do not call outcome blocks every number of that contact, in every list.
  3. Calling hours in each lead's time zone

    • Smart lists only call people inside legal calling hours in their own time zone, and never on statutory holidays.
    • Narrow that further with quiet hours and business days in Phone → Settings → Calling.
  4. Listen in on inbound calls

    • Managers can listen, whisper to the rep or barge in on inbound calls from Live Sessions, just like outbound calls.
    • Reps see a notice when their manager is listening.
  5. Smaller improvements in October

    • The power dialer tells you why it paused, with Pause and Resume right on the page.
    • Missed inbound calls and new voicemails pop up as a notice, and voicemails play straight from the inbox.
    • Every number is checked against your Do Not Call list right before it's dialed, and reports count answered calls and real conversations separately.
  6. Automatic voicemail drop in the power dialer

    • When a machine answers a power-dialed call, TopReach can leave your recorded voicemail after the beep and move you to the next lead.
    • With voicemail detection on and no voicemail set up, the call is logged as no answer and the dialer moves on.
  7. More dependable AI call summaries

    • Transcripts now keep the last words of each call, so summaries cover the whole conversation.
    • A call with nothing to summarize, like a voicemail greeting or only a few words, says why instead of showing an empty card.
