How we compare, verify and correct

Our guides, comparisons, tools and research exist to help you make a good decision, even when that decision isn't TopReach. These are the rules every page on this site follows.

At a glance

Competitor facts
Taken from the competitor's own pricing page, help docs or app listing, linked on the page with the date we checked. Re-checked at least monthly.
Rules pages
Cite the statute or regulator for every rule, show the date the TopReach Compliance Desk last reviewed them, and say they aren't legal advice.
Research
Built from real, aggregated, anonymized data, with the date range and sample size stated. We never invent a number.
Corrections
Tell us at support@gettopreach.com. We fix factual errors promptly and note material corrections on the page with the date.

Who writes our pages

Pages are written and signed by the TopReach team, not by personas. A desk name tells you which part of the team stands behind a page, and every page shows when it was last updated or reviewed.

The TopReach Team

Product pages, guides, comparisons and the help center.

TopReach Research

The Connect Rate Report and anything built from data.

TopReach Compliance Desk

Calling, texting and recording rules pages and the rules behind our free tools.

How we compare other tools

  • Every competitor fact comes from that company's own pricing page, documentation, terms or app store listing. We link the exact pages and show the date we read them.
  • We re-check competitor prices and features at least once a month, and whenever a company announces a change. Plans change often, so we ask you to check their page before you decide.
  • Every comparison says where the other tool is the better fit. If a team needs IVR menus, inbound queues or another CRM's ecosystem, we say so.
  • Nobody pays to be included, excluded or ranked on our pages, and we don't use affiliate links.
  • We only claim to be the first, the only or the best at something after checking it against every competitor's own site, and we drop the claim if it stops being true.

How we write rules pages

  • Each rule names its source: the statute section, the regulator's rule or the court decision, with a link to the official text.
  • The TopReach Compliance Desk reviews every rules page and tool dataset before it's published, then at least every quarter and whenever a rule changes. The review date is on the page.
  • When sources disagree, for example on how a state reads its recording law, we say so and link both instead of picking the convenient one.
  • Rules pages are general information, not legal advice. Laws depend on the facts, so we suggest talking to a lawyer before relying on them.

How we use data

  • Our research uses only real TopReach call records, aggregated and anonymized: no workspace, person or phone number is identifiable, and small groups are left out so no one can be singled out.
  • Every report states its date range, sample size and method. Where our own data is thin, we add published benchmarks from named third-party studies, clearly cited and labeled as theirs.
  • Calculators and estimators show their formula and use your numbers. An estimate is never presented as a measurement.

How we describe TopReach

  • We describe only what TopReach does today, in the web app and the phone apps. No announcements of features that don't exist yet.
  • Our prices come from one place in our code, so every page, our structured data and our llms.txt show the same numbers.
  • We don't publish invented reviews, testimonials, customer logos, ratings or usage numbers. If we show reviews, they'll come from public review sites.
  • Product images use fictional sample data.

Corrections

If you see something wrong, email support@gettopreach.com with the page and what needs fixing. We review every report, fix factual errors promptly, and add a dated correction note to the page when the change is material. Competitors are welcome to send corrections about themselves, with a link to their own page that shows the current fact.
