Call scripts with merge fields and versions
Write a script for the whole workspace or for one list. Reps read it on the call with the lead's details filled in, and every saved change is kept as a version.

A call script shows in the dialer's Script tab, next to Call outcome. There are two kinds:
- Workspace default script: shown for lists without their own script, and on manual calls. Set it in Phone → Settings → Call script.
- This list's script: set in a list's Script tab. It replaces the workspace default for that list.
Write or edit a script
- Open Phone → Settings → Call script, or a list's Script tab.
- Click Write a script (or Edit).
- Use the toolbar for text style (Title, Heading, Small heading), text color and highlight.
- To add the lead's details, choose from + Insert a field…: Their first name, Their last name, Their full name, Their company, My first name, My full name and The number I’m calling from.
- Click Save script, or press ⌘S.
Fields fill in with each lead's details on the call. Don't type fields in braces by hand: anything in braces that isn't a field is flagged before you save, because it would show on the call exactly as typed.
Versions
Every save is kept. Click History to see Earlier versions, with who saved each one and when, and click Restore to bring one back.
If someone else saves the script while you're editing, your changes stay on screen, and you choose Save mine over theirs or Use theirs (discard mine).
On your phone
In the TopReach app, the script shows on the call screen under Script, next to Notes, with the lead's details filled in.
