Power dial from your phone

1. 1Open the Dialer tab and find your list under Calling lists (use Find a list if you have many).
2. 2Tap Power dial, or Resume to continue a session.
3. 3TopReach dials the first lead. Talk with the lead card and script on screen.
4. 4When the call ends, pick the outcome and tap Save & Next.

Between calls, tap Dial next (or Dial now), Redial, or skip the lead (Skip this lead). If your workspace dials automatically, a countdown shows before the next call: Cancel pauses and Skip moves on.

Tap Session to Pause dialing, Resume or End session. When allowed, Leave voicemail appears during a connected call.

Each list card shows Callable now, Waiting and Done for smart lists, or Callable, In list and Last dialed for static lists.
