Sign in to the app, and unlock it with Face ID or fingerprint
Sign in on iPhone or Android with the same account as the web app, then keep the app locked with Face ID or your fingerprint.

The app uses your TopReach account and workspace, so your contacts, deals, calls and texts match the web app.
- Open TopReach.
- Tap Sign in with email, enter your Email and Password, and tap Sign in. You can also use Continue with Google, or Apple's sign-in button on iPhone.
Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password? to reset it on the web.
TopReach opens your last-used workspace. If you're in more than one, tap your avatar to open Settings, tap Workspace, and pick one under Switch workspace.
To sign out, go to Settings → Sign out. Calls and notifications stop on that phone until you sign in again.
Unlock with Face ID or fingerprint
- Tap your avatar to open Settings.
- Under Security, turn Unlock with Face ID on or off. On other phones it says Unlock with Touch ID, Unlock with fingerprint or Unlock with face unlock.
It's on by default. TopReach then asks you to unlock when the app opens and after 5 minutes away, but never right after you sign in with your password and never during a call. If Face ID or your fingerprint doesn't work, you can use your phone's passcode.
