Choose your business caller ID on the keypad
Pick which business number the other person sees before you call from the keypad.

- On the Dialer tab, tap Keypad.
- Tap Calling from … above the keypad.
- In Caller ID (“The number they’ll see when you call”), pick a number.
- Enter the number and tap the green call key.
The list shows your numbers and shared numbers (admins also see teammates' numbers), with where each number is. Your default number is tagged Default and listed first, and TopReach remembers your choice.
Tapping Call anywhere else in the app, such as on a contact, opens the keypad with the number filled in. The call starts when you tap the call key.
