The call screen: script, lead card and controls
On a dialing call, the lead card and your script share the screen, with notes and the call controls below.

Lead card
The lead card shows the person's name, company, number and their local time, plus a website button and Text them. Tap Details to see and edit First name, Last name, Phone numbers, Emails, Company, Website and custom fields; each change saves when you leave the field. You can also Add a note there.
Script and notes
Below the card, switch between Script and Notes. The script fills in the lead's details, and a field with no value shows as a placeholder such as [first name]. Notes you type during the call carry into the outcome.
Controls
- Calls through the app: Mute, Hold, Keypad, Audio and Hang up.
- Ready Line calls: Mute, Keypad and Hang up.
- Audio picks where the sound goes: the iPhone's audio picker, or Phone, Speaker or Bluetooth on Android.
A banner shows the state of your line, such as Your line is open or Reconnecting your line….
