Calling over Wi-Fi or mobile data
The app calls over your internet connection from your business numbers, not through your SIM or your phone plan's minutes.

TopReach calls go out over Wi-Fi or mobile data from your team's business numbers. They don't use your SIM or your phone plan's minutes; they use your workspace's phone license minutes.
Settings → Calls shows how your phone connects calls:
- Calls use this phone (Over your internet connection): calls run through the app.
- Calls ring your phone first (Ready Line): TopReach rings your own phone number, then connects the lead. On the web this is called Phone Bridge.
Your workspace decides which one your phone uses.
Microphone
The first time you call through the app, it asks to use the microphone so you can talk on calls. If you said no, it shows Turn on the microphone for TopReach in Settings. with a Settings button.
When the connection drops
Without a connection, the app shows Offline · showing saved data, and calling waits until you're back online. If a call drops, check your connection and try again. The line banner shows Reconnecting your line… while it recovers.
