The do-not-call list
Block numbers your team must never call, using a contact field, your block list, or both.

Works on
- Web
Your do-not-call list is your workspace's own list, and the dialer checks it before calling. TopReach doesn't check national do-not-call registries.
Choose how it's enforced
- Go to Phone → Settings → Do Not Call.
- Under How the dialer checks Do Not Call, choose Use a contact field, Use the block list or Use both (strictest).
- If you use a contact field, pick the Contact field that marks “Do Not Call” and the Values that mean “do not call”.
Add numbers
- Add a contact to Do Not Call: search for a contact, tick their numbers and click Block selected numbers.
- Add a phone number: for a number that isn't a contact yet. Type it and click Add Number.
- Bulk import: paste numbers separated by spaces, commas or new lines (a CSV with a phone column works too) and click Import Numbers.
Saving the Do not call outcome on a call also blocks all of that person's numbers.
Review the list
The Block list shows every blocked number. Search it, click Export CSV to download it, or remove a number to allow calls to it again.
