Texting opt-outs (STOP and START)
When someone replies STOP or another opt-out word, every number in your workspace stops texting them until they text START back.

If a person replies with an opt-out word, they're opted out of texts from your whole workspace: every one of your numbers stops texting them, including texts from reps, scheduled texts and automated follow-ups.
- Opt-out words: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPT OUT and OPTOUT. Case, spaces and punctuation don't matter, but the reply has to be just the word.
- They get one confirmation text from the number they replied to.
- Every conversation with them is tagged Opted out, and the message box says They replied STOP. You can text them again if they reply START.
In the inbox's About them panel, the contact shows This contact has opted out of SMS. The phone app also shows that they opted out.
Opting back in
When they text START, UNSTOP or YES back (SUBSCRIBE also works), you can text them again.
