Send and receive texts

Text a contact from their record or from Messages, with images, emoji and scheduled sends. Replies come back to the same conversation.

Start a text

  • From a contact: click the Text icon on their row in Contacts, or SMS on their profile.
  • From the inbox: open Phone → Message, click New message, and type a name or phone number.

Write and send

  1. Check From: the business number the text goes out from.
  2. Write your text. You can attach images and add emoji.
  3. Click Send, or Send later to schedule it.

Send later offers In 1 hour, Today 5 PM, Tomorrow 9 AM, Tomorrow 1 PM and Monday 9 AM, or a day and time you choose, in the person's time zone when TopReach knows it. Scheduled texts are listed under Scheduled.

Each text shows whether it was delivered. A text that wasn't delivered is marked Not delivered or Not sent.

Reactions

React to any text with an emoji. Reacting to a text the person sent also texts them your reaction.
