The shared Messages inbox
One inbox for every business number. Filter by number, find unread and assigned conversations, and assign conversations to teammates.

Open Phone → Message (the Messages page). Conversations from all your numbers are in one list, each tagged with the number it's on.
- All numbers: switch to one number's conversations.
- Filters: All, Unread, Mine (assigned to you) and Scheduled.
- Search by name, number or words in a text.
- Conversations with people who opted out are tagged Opted out.
Work a conversation
Open a conversation to read and reply. About them shows the contact's details and notes, Texting from (the number) and Assigned to. Click Call to call them from the conversation. If the number isn't in your contacts yet, the conversation says Not in your contacts.
Assign a conversation
Under Assigned to, pick a teammate, or No one. Conversations you reply to, or that a teammate gives you, show under Mine.
