Click to call, the keypad, and calling from your browser or phone

Call from a contact

Click the Call icon on a row in Contacts, or Call on a person's or company's profile. TopReach opens the dialer with the number filled in and places the call. When it ends, save the outcome; the call is logged on the contact's timeline.

Use the keypad

1. 1Open Phone → Make a Call.
2. 2Under From, pick the business number to call from.
3. 3Enter the number and place the call.
4. 4Save the outcome when the call ends.

If a power session is running, pause it before you place a manual call.

In the browser or through your phone

Admins choose how calls connect under Phone → Settings → Calling, in Calling Modes:

• Browser Calling: place and receive calls right in the browser. No phone needed.
• Phone Bridge: the dialer rings your phone first, then connects the lead.

Turn each mode on, and click Make default on the one reps start with; reps can switch during a call. A static list can also set Call with for its own calls.

For Phone Bridge, add your number on Phone → Settings → Call Forwarding: click Add number, enter the code we text you (Enter code), and click Set as default.
