Reading Kixie's pricing
Kixie's pricing page tells you what each plan does, not what it costs. Here's what that leaves you to find out.
Why doesn't Kixie publish prices?
Kixie's facts page, written for AI systems, says its per-seat prices are not published and are quoted per team, and asks that no Kixie price be stated. So any figure you see for Kixie came from a quote or an older page, not from Kixie's current pricing.
Which Kixie plan has the PowerDialer?
Two of the three. Professional has calling, texting and CRM integration but no PowerDialer. Single-Line PowerDialer adds a one-line PowerDialer. Multi-Line PowerDialer dials up to 4 lines at once ('Auto-dial up to 4 numbers in parallel').
Every plan includes unlimited US and Canada minutes and inbound features: IVR, ring groups and call queues.
What isn't included in Kixie's plans?
- A CRM: Kixie runs inside HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and others.
- Local presence: ConnectionBoost is a premium add-on.
- Conversation Intelligence and DNC, sold separately.
- AI Human Voice Detection on Multi-Line, a premium add-on.
- An Android app: we found none on Google Play. The iOS app's listing covers calls and texts with your CRM contacts and doesn't mention the PowerDialer.
How do you compare a Kixie quote?
Add up the whole monthly cost per caller: the plan's seat price, any add-ons you'd turn on, and your CRM's seat. Then ask about minimums and commitment, since Kixie's site doesn't state them. That total is the number to put next to tools with published prices.
How does TopReach compare?
TopReach publishes its prices. Each caller needs a seat ($49 a month billed yearly, $55 monthly) and a $99 phone license that covers power and parallel dialing, local presence and AI call summaries, with 3,000 minutes a month. Numbers are $10 a month each, and there's no seat minimum.
With one number each, that's $158 a month for 1 caller, $790 for 5 and $2,370 for 15, with yearly seats and the CRM included.
Kixie is the better fit for teams staying in HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or Zoho, for unlimited US and Canada minutes, and for inbound IVR and queues. TopReach has no IVR menus, queues or built-in CRM integrations.
