Reading JustCall's pricing
JustCall sells a phone system in three published tiers and a Sales Dialer by quote. Where the dialer sits, the minimum and the add-ons decide what a calling team pays.
How does JustCall price its plans?
Per user, per month, by region. In the US and Canada region, Team is $29, Pro $49 and Pro Plus $89 billed annually, with a 2-license minimum. Business (10 licenses or more) and SalesPro are quote only.
The pricing page carries a Black Friday banner saying new prices go live on November 10. The figures here are the ones listed on November 7, 2026.
Which JustCall plan has the power dialer?
Pro and up. The power dialer is the main thing Pro adds for an outbound team, along with bulk SMS campaigns and queue callback.
Multi-line dialing, a power and dynamic dialer and a predictive dialer of up to 10 lines are on SalesPro, JustCall's Sales Dialer plan, which is quote only and billed annually. On phones, JustCall's separate Sales Dialer app runs power dialing campaigns only.
What isn't included in JustCall's price?
- A CRM. JustCall is built to connect to one.
- Multi-line or predictive dialing below SalesPro.
- Local presence: the Local Number Bundles add-on.
- SMS beyond the included segments (bundles are an add-on), and SMS sent through workflows, bulk campaigns or CRM automations, which the fair usage note excludes.
- AI Voice Agent minutes after the first 100.
Is JustCall good value for a calling team?
For a team that needs inbound IVR and routing as well as outbound calling, and keeps its CRM, JustCall's published tiers are competitive, and unlimited US and Canada minutes help reps who talk for hours.
For a team that wants multi-line dialing, the published prices stop short: that's SalesPro, by quote. A solo rep pays for two licenses.
How does TopReach compare?
TopReach is a CRM with the dialer inside. Each caller needs a seat ($49 a month billed yearly, $55 monthly) and a $99 phone license that covers power and parallel dialing, local presence and AI call summaries, with 3,000 minutes a month. Numbers are $10 a month each, and there's no seat minimum.
With one number each, that's $158 a month for 1 caller, $790 for 5 and $2,370 for 15, with yearly seats. That's more than JustCall Pro at every size; the difference covers the CRM, parallel dialing (SalesPro on JustCall) and local presence.
JustCall is the better fit for inbound IVR and routing, unlimited US and Canada minutes, numbers in 70+ countries, and teams staying on their CRM. TopReach has no IVR menus, queues or AI agents.
