Reading Aircall's pricing
Aircall's per-license prices are simple. The minimum, the dialer tier and the add-ons are where a calling team's real cost moves.
How does Aircall price its plans?
Per license, per month, with a 3-license minimum on every plan, whatever the billing cycle. Essentials is $30 and Professional $50 billed annually; monthly billing is $40 and $70. Enterprise is custom, for teams of 25 licenses or more.
Every plan includes 50 AI Voice Agents minutes a month, and AI Voice Agents are also sold on their own, from $99 per month minimum.
Which Aircall plan has the power dialer?
Professional. Aircall's Power Dialer imports up to 1,000 numbers and dials them in sequence, with time between calls for notes and tags. Its help center says it's available on desktop and web, and that mobile devices using the Aircall app cannot use it.
Aircall has no multi-number dialer. The 'Parallel calls' row on its pricing table means putting an active call on hold to start a second, with a maximum of 2 calls at once.
What isn't included in Aircall's price?
- A CRM. Aircall is built to connect to one.
- Parallel dialing, at any price.
- Power dialing from a phone: the Power Dialer runs on desktop and web only.
- Local presence, which isn't listed. Branded caller ID is $0.08 per call, and extra numbers $6 a month.
- Seat add-ons such as AI Assist Pro, WhatsApp and Analytics+.
- AI Voice Agents minutes beyond the 50 a month included.
Is Aircall good value for a calling team?
For a team of three or more that answers a lot of calls, yes: IVR, queues, routing, unlimited US and Canada calling and AI voice agents come at a competitive per-license price, and the integrations log everything to your CRM.
For an outbound team the value depends on the CRM you already pay for, and on whether reps dial from a desk. The Power Dialer needs Professional, it dials one number at a time, and it doesn't run on phones. A solo rep pays for 3 licenses.
How does TopReach compare?
TopReach is a CRM with the dialer inside. Each caller needs a seat ($49 a month billed yearly, $55 monthly) and a $99 phone license that covers power and parallel dialing, local presence and AI call summaries, with 3,000 minutes a month. Numbers are $10 a month each, and there's no seat minimum.
With one number each, that's $158 a month for 1 caller, $790 for 5 and $2,370 for 15, with yearly seats. From two callers up, that's more than Aircall Professional; the difference covers the CRM, parallel dialing and dialing from the phone. For a single caller the two land close, because Aircall bills its 3-license minimum: $150 a month against $158.
Aircall is the better fit for inbound lines that need IVR, queues and AI voice agents, and for long calls under unlimited US and Canada calling. TopReach has none of those inbound features.
