Move an existing number to TopReach

You can bring a business number you already use to TopReach, so customers keep calling and texting the number they know. Our team handles the transfer with your current carrier.

1. 1Email support@gettopreach.com with the number or numbers you want to move and the name of your current carrier.
2. 2We'll tell you what the carrier needs to approve the transfer, such as the account details on file with them.
3. 3Keep the number active with your current carrier until we confirm it has moved, so no calls or texts are missed. Our team handles the transfer for you.

A transfer usually takes 5–7 business days. We give you temporary numbers in the meantime, so you can start calling right away. Once it's done, the number shows up under Phone → Numbers like a number you bought, and you can use it for calls, texts and local presence.
