Notifications on your phone

Choose which notifications you get: texts, calls, tasks, deals, team and account messages.

Tap your avatar to open Settings, then tap Notifications.
Turn on Allow notifications.
Switch each kind on or off: Texts and Calls, Tasks, Deals and Team, and Account and system.

Show message text decides whether notifications show what a text says. Call ringtone picks the sound for incoming calls; on Android you can also Choose from phone…. Send a test notification checks it all works.

Tapping a notification opens the matching screen in the app.

Sign in to the app, and unlock it with Face ID or fingerprint Sign in on iPhone or Android with the same account as the web app, then keep the app locked with Face ID or your fingerprint.
Power dial from your phone Pick a calling list on the Dialer tab and tap Power dial. TopReach calls one lead after another.
Parallel dial from your phone Ring several leads at once from the app and talk to whoever answers first.
The call screen: script, lead card and controls On a dialing call, the lead card and your script share the screen, with notes and the call controls below.
Save an outcome and a callback on your phone After each call, tap how it went, add a callback in the lead's time zone and notes, then go on to the next lead.
Choose your business caller ID on the keypad Pick which business number the other person sees before you call from the keypad.
