Contacts and deals on your phone

Contacts

• Search by name, company, phone or email. Swipe a contact left to Call.
• Tap New contact to add one (a first name is required), then Save contact.
• A contact shows Call, Text and Website, plus their Deals, Tasks (add one with a due date) and Activity, which lists their calls and notes. Add a note with Note.
• Edit contact changes their details, phone numbers and emails.

Deals

• The Deals tab shows your pipeline by stage. Pick a pipeline, search deals, or tap New deal.
• Open a deal to change its Stage, Deal name, Value, Description, Expected close and Notes.
• Moving a deal to a won or lost stage asks you to Mark as won or Mark as lost, with a reason and an optional note.

It's the same workspace as the web app, so changes show everywhere.
