Turn AI transcription and summaries off
Admins can switch off live transcripts and AI call summaries for the whole workspace with one setting.

- Web
- Go to Phone → Settings → Calling.
- Under AI Transcription, turn off Transcribe and summarize calls.
With it off, calls aren't sent for transcription, nothing is transcribed or summarized, and transcript sections are hidden for everyone.
Earlier transcripts and summaries are kept but hidden, and they come back if you turn it on again.
Only owners and admins, or people allowed to manage the Phone settings, can change it.
