Live call transcripts

While you're on a call, the Live Call Transcript shows what both sides say as you talk. When the call ends, the transcript is kept with it.

Read a transcript later

• Open the call from Phone → History: the Full Transcript is on the call's page.
• From a contact's call log, open Call Intelligence and choose Transcript.

Transcripts are in English. Transcription is on by default and included with the phone license.

If nobody spoke or a call couldn't be transcribed, the call shows a short note instead of a transcript.
