AI call summaries

When a call ends, AI writes it up: what the person wants, objections, action items, key facts and the next step.

After a call that has a transcript, AI writes a summary. Open the call from Phone → History, or choose Call Intelligence on a contact's call log and open Summary & Actions. A summary has:

  • Executive Summary: the short version of the call.
  • Action Items: who does what.
  • Customer Intent, the Next Best Action and a Follow-up recommendation.
  • Pain Points and Objections.
  • Key Facts, such as budget, timeline and whether they asked for a callback.
  • A Suggested Disposition for the call.

Calls where nobody spoke, too little was said, or a voicemail greeting answered get a short note instead, such as No summary: not enough was said to summarize.

Summaries are written by AI from the transcript, in English. Check anything important, such as a price or a date, before you act on it.
