Seats and the free trial
Every member uses a seat: $55 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly. The 14-day free trial covers the CRM.

A seat is one person in your workspace. It costs $55 a month, or $49 a month billed yearly. Every CRM, texting, analytics and team feature is included, and so are the phone apps. People who make calls also need a phone license.
The free trial
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial of the CRM. A card is needed to start, we email a reminder 3 days before the trial ends, and then the card is charged. Calling isn't part of the free trial.
To start paying early, click Buy Now on the Overview page of your billing settings. It ends the trial and bills you today.
Add or remove seats
- Go to Settings → Subscriptions & Licenses and open Team Licenses.
- Change the number of seats, click Update Subscription, and confirm.
Adding seats charges the difference now, plus tax, for the rest of the billing period. Removing seats gives no refund or credit for the rest of the period. You can't go below your number of members plus pending invitations, so remove members first.
