Minute packs and auto top-up

Buy extra calling minutes in packs, or turn on auto top-up so you don't run out. Pack minutes don't roll over.

Packs: 1,000 minutes for $79, 5,000 minutes for $325, or 10,000 minutes for $600.

  1. Go to Phone → Settings → Minutes & Billing (or Settings → Subscriptions & Licenses → Telephony → Minute Packs).
  2. Under Top-up packs, click Buy on a pack and confirm. It's charged to your saved payment method, plus tax.

Pack minutes are used after your included minutes and expire when your monthly minutes refresh. They don't roll over.

Auto top-up

Auto top-up is off until you turn it on. When it's on, TopReach buys a pack and charges your card when your balance runs low, and emails you a receipt.

  1. Under Auto top-up, turn it on.
  2. Set Buy more when balance drops below and Buy this pack.

If an auto top-up fails, you'll see Last auto top-up failed with Retry now. Purchase history lists every purchase, with Export CSV.
