The phone license and included minutes

A phone license (a telephony license in your billing settings) gives one person a dialer seat and 3,000 calling minutes a month. It costs $99 a month and covers power and parallel dialing, local presence, live transcripts and AI call summaries.

Buy licenses

1. 1Go to Settings → Subscriptions & Licenses, then Telephony → Licenses.
2. 2Choose how many licenses you need and click Update to … Licenses.

Give someone a dialer seat

1. 1Go to Phone → Settings → Seats.
2. 2Under Add team member, pick a teammate and click Add to dialer.

Licenses, Active Seats and Available show how many are in use. Deactivate or Remove from dialer frees a seat. To reduce your licenses, deactivate seats first.

Included minutes

Phone → Settings → Minutes & Billing shows the minutes left (Included and Prepaid) and the date your included minutes reset each month. When included minutes run out, calls use minute packs.
