A pipeline, not just a lead list
Mojo's Lead Manager keeps contacts, imports, notes and activity. TopReach adds a deals pipeline with value by stage, tasks, reminders and a calendar, so each seller or buyer conversation moves somewhere.
Mojo Dialer alternative
Mojo is a prospecting platform for real estate agents: a single- or triple-line dialer, a lead manager and lead data subscriptions such as expireds and FSBOs, month to month. TopReach is a CRM with a power dialer, parallel dialer, two-way texting, automatic follow-up and a deals pipeline, on the web and in iPhone and Android apps. TopReach doesn't sell lead data. If you want expired and FSBO lists bundled with your dialer, Mojo is likely the better fit, and this page explains why.

Why agents look at TopReach
Mojo's Lead Manager keeps contacts, imports, notes and activity. TopReach adds a deals pipeline with value by stage, tasks, reminders and a calendar, so each seller or buyer conversation moves somewhere.
Mojo sells a Single Line Dialer at $89 and a Triple Line Dialer at $139 a license a month. TopReach's power mode, and its parallel mode that rings several numbers at once, are both on the phone license.
Two-way SMS and MMS from your business numbers, with replies in a shared inbox. Every text lands on the contact's timeline next to calls, emails and notes.
When a call isn't answered, TopReach can drop a voicemail, then send a text or an email on the days you choose. It tracks every touch, so a homeowner never gets the same message twice.
The TopReach app for iPhone and Android power and parallel dials over Wi-Fi or mobile data from your business numbers, with the call script and the lead card on the call screen.
TopReach transcribes dialer calls live and writes a summary after each one: what the homeowner wants, objections, timeline, action items and the next step. It's part of the phone license.
The pipeline
Each call, text and email saves to the contact's timeline, and every deal sits on a pipeline that shows the value at every stage.

How it works
Import your sphere, past clients and the lead lists you buy as spreadsheets. TopReach finds the phone number in whichever column it's in, and it can find and merge duplicates.
Buy local numbers in the area codes you prospect, at $10 a month each, or have TopReach move existing numbers over. Turn on local presence so each homeowner sees a local number.
Work each list in power or parallel mode with your script on screen. Outcomes save to the contact, unanswered calls get the follow-up you set, and appointments move along the pipeline.
Guide
Mojo has been a common choice for agents who prospect by phone, because it puts a dialer and lead lists in one subscription. Agents look for an alternative when they want more around the dialer: a real pipeline, texting, follow-up that runs on its own and a modern app. This guide explains what Mojo is built for, when it's still the right choice, and how the dialers and prices compare. Every statement about Mojo comes from Mojo's own pages and app listings, checked November 7, 2026.
Mojo is a prospecting platform for real estate agents. It calls its dialer 'a high-quality, non-VoIP prospecting tool' and sells it alongside a lead manager and lead data, each priced per product.
Every active user needs Agent Access at $10 a month, which includes the Lead Manager for contacts, imports, notes and activity tracking. The Single Line Dialer is $89 a license a month with unlimited minutes. The Triple Line Dialer is $139 and says it can 'dial up to three numbers simultaneously', with Mojo claiming 'up to 300 calls per hour'. Mojo says 'Each agent who dials simultaneously must have their own dialer license.'
Add-ons include Mojo Voice at $30 a month to connect without your own phone, Call Recording at $25 and Mojo Caller ID at $10. US data subscriptions include Neighborhood Search at $49, Expired Leads at $50 per area, FSBO and FRBO at $25 per county, Skip Tracer at $49 and Pre-Foreclosures at $49, each a month. Mojo says 'All Mojo subscriptions are prepaid monthly with no long-term contracts, setup fees or cancellation penalties.' Outside CRMs connect through API Nation and Zapier.
Mojo is the better choice when the lead data matters as much as the dialer, or when you want unlimited minutes on a simple month-to-month plan.
A CRM with a built-in dialer fits better when the calls are only the start: you follow up for months, text as often as you call, and need to see every seller and buyer on a pipeline.
Real estate prospecting is long follow-up. An expired owner who says 'not now' in March may list in September. In TopReach, every call, text, email and note sits on the contact's timeline, tasks and reminders bring them back at the right time, and each deal moves along a pipeline that shows the value at every stage.
You build a saved list, or a dynamic list that fills itself from rules, such as everyone you spoke to last month who asked for a callback. The call script shows on the call screen with the homeowner's name filled in. When a call isn't answered, TopReach can drop a voicemail and then send a text or an email on the days you choose. Team leads see conversations and outcomes per agent, with leaderboards, and can coach live calls.
Both dial more than one number at a time. Mojo sells two licenses: the Single Line Dialer at $89, which dials one contact at a time, and the Triple Line Dialer at $139, which calls up to three at once. Its dialer page also mentions double-line dialing.
TopReach has two modes on the same $99 phone license. Power mode calls one number after another, so whoever answers reaches you; it suits your sphere, past clients and callbacks. Parallel mode rings several numbers at once and connects you to whoever picks up first; it suits large cold lists where most calls go unanswered.
With any multi-line dialer, when two people answer at the same moment, one is dropped. In the US, the Telemarketing Sales Rule limits abandoned calls to 3% of answered calls per campaign over 30 days, and Canada's limit is 5%. Agents calling homeowners in parallel need to watch that rate, and switch to power mode or fewer lines if it climbs.
Both can. Mojo's mobile apps page says 'Call leads directly from your smartphone using Mojo's Power Dialer.', with updates syncing back to the Mojo CRM, and its App Store listing notes that carriers without simultaneous voice and data need Wi-Fi to make calls. Mojo's App Store and Google Play listings describe Mojo as 'our industry leading multi-line power-dialer'. Mojo's pages don't spell out whether the app itself dials three lines at once.
The TopReach app for iPhone and Android runs power and parallel sessions: pick a call list, tap Power or Parallel, and the next lead, the live call and the call script share one screen. Parallel shows when your workspace has it turned on. Calls go out over Wi-Fi or mobile data from your business numbers, and the app also holds one inbox for every number's texts, a Today list of callbacks and tasks, and your contacts and deals.
Mojo costs less for the dialer, with unlimited minutes, and sells the lead data too. TopReach costs more and includes a fuller CRM, texting, recording, AI summaries and both dialer modes, but no data.
For one agent who calls, TopReach is $164 a month with one number on monthly billing, or $158 with the seat billed yearly. Mojo is $149 a month for Agent Access and the Triple Line Dialer, or $99 with the Single Line Dialer. Adding Call Recording ($25), Mojo Caller ID ($10), one Expired Leads area ($50) and one FSBO county ($25) to the triple-line setup brings it to $259 a month.
For a team of three agents who all call, TopReach is $492 a month with three numbers on monthly billing, or $474 with the seats billed yearly. Three Mojo agents on the Triple Line Dialer are $447 a month before add-ons and data. If you'd buy lead data elsewhere to use with TopReach, add that cost before you compare.
