Every call, text, email, note and task with a contact, in one timeline on their profile.

The Timeline on a person's or company's profile shows their history, newest first: calls from the dialer (with the recording when there is one), texts, emails, notes, tasks and reminders.
Filter it with All, Notes, Reminders, Emails, Calls, SMS, Meetings or Tasks. Calls narrows to Connected, Missed or Voicemail, and SMS to Received or Sent.
Use Note, Task and Deal at the top of the timeline to add one without leaving the profile.
Calls made with the TopReach dialer are logged with their outcome and notes, so there's nothing to log by hand.
