Export your data

• Contacts and companies: on Contacts, select the rows you want and click Export. TopReach makes a CSV file.
• Past exports: Settings → Transfer History has an Exports tab, with Download for each one.
• Reports: in Overview → Reports, click Download CSV or Print or save as PDF.
• Calls: Phone → Analytics → Export CSV (needs the Export Data permission).
• Texts: Export CSV on SMS history (Phone → History → SMS) and SMS analytics.
• Do-not-call list: Phone → Settings → Do Not Call → Export CSV.
• Minute purchases: Phone → Settings → Minutes & Billing → Purchase history → Export CSV.
